Giving..

Assalamualaikum

Ateh said that some of us are starting to have due in the collection. Ytc would like to remind again that this is very important. It is not just for fun only. Ytc understand that some of us might find difficulty to fork certain amount of money. Yup, with the current economic situation of ricing grocery prices etc etc but please bear in mind that by giving money in the way of god will generate your money actually. Every dollar that you spend will be multiplied and return back to you. Thre's no doubt of that. The only question is when? It could be immediately or at hereafter of both. Maybe you will think that you don't have enough money to give but actually that is the reason to give! Please believe me bcos I have seen a lot of this thing and experience it as well..

Talking about giving in general - not necessarily involve money. You can give your time, effort, chances to other people etc. If you are in some places, you can give your seat to other needy people. If you want to walkout from a gathering- why not give other people way out first instead of rush out? It just take several more minutes to wait. If you want to pay something- why not pay it early so that you give comfort/ easier work to the collector instead of waiting until somebody such as our Treasurer Ateh ask you to do that.

Small thing count like in my example above. Many other thing you can do to give in this life. It is not just about money. I myself, like to teach friends during my study years ago. Eventhough I'm rushing to prepare for exam, if there is somebody come to see me and asking to teach something, I never rejected them. Maybe because of that I always got a good result. It's not just because of brilliant, its about giving. I continue my approach until I'm working. There was an incident that I want to take exam in my Certificate of Financial Association. It was just another 2 days and I want to take leave for tthe preparation but my colleague who take the same exam want to take leave also. I gave way to her and god gave me good result. Guess what? I just study a little but almost all that I studied is out in the exam question!

So brothers and sisters, give for your own benefit! Especially during this Ramadhan month and also forgive me if there is word that hurt you..

Break Fast at Felda D'saji

Today Ytc break fast at Felda D'Saji, Jalan Gurney with clients.

Ytc have extra Duit Raya a few hundreds. RM1 notes. So, whoever want to change with me, can do so on next Sunday

Break Fast at Mom's House

Assalamualaikum

Yesterday(Saturday 28 Aug) ytc and family breakfast at mom's house. We had a delicious Rendang daging+ limpa + paru, nasi impit and kuah kacang. Abang MB and Bolt's family were also around. Abang MB said that its was a tiring eating session for him every time eating at mom's house beacause 'have to' finish three dishes of rice!

Aina and Insyirah will be schooling next year but actually Insyirah older by one year in term of school eventhough their gap only one month. Insyirah- 5 years old Tadika and Aina 4 years old. Bolt- don't u think its too early for Aina?

The children were playing jigsaw puzzle. It was Aina who teach Nazirah, not the other way around while mom and Bolt watch enthusiastically..

Mom said that she do not want to go for next checking (dec) cause it was pain and the doctor just want to take pulse blood?

Today after office hour, Ytc went to Bursa Malaysia to meet with an old friend and break fast with him. We had a good chat and enjoy our meal Nasi briyani..



Ater that, we went to Prince Hotel and meet friend from Ableace Raakin and Ctijari. We have a drink of Teh Tarik and have some dessert over there..

Today one of my other friend gave me Bubur Lambuk and bought me kuih. I'm not sure the name but the one made using loyang, star shape and green color. It taste sweet..

1. Beli di bawah Taahas (guna nama sendiri). Kos dan bayaran bulanan akan ditanggung oleh Taahas. Keuntungan akan dibahagi selepas rumah dijual/ di sewa mengikut kadar yang dipersetujui yang mana pembeli akan dapat lebih

2. Beli untuk diri sendiri. Hanya deposit diberi advance. Deposit hendaklah dibayar secara ansuran mengikut persetujuan. Jika rumah dijual/ sewa, cuma sebahagian kecil perlu disumbang pada Taahas.

Bolt nak pindah ke Sg Ramal Baru

Assalammualaikum wth...

Hari ni bolt dapat umah sewa kat sg ramal baru (pagi td), n bolt dah tanya n byr deposit utk masuk umah tu... Rumah sewa Hajah Zainab (sebelah taman) yang ada makcik dok sorang2 jer tu... Suami dia meninggal 5 tahun lepas... Rumah kecik jer, 2 bilik, ruang tamu pun kecik jer.... Sewa RM380. Deposit sebulan, api air 100. baru dalam sebulan dua ni bolt terfikir nak dok sg ramal baru di atas sebab:
1. Aina nak sekolah tadika Al Fasih tahun dpn, senang nak hantar/uruskan.
2. Senang ape2 hal kalau mak perlukan tenaga bolt...hehe
3. Senang nak hntr iffat n adik (insyaallah kalau ada rezki dpt baby bln 1 ni) ke rumah mak ani.
4. Save cost skit ulang alik hntr anak ke rumah setiap pagi n ptg azwa amik anak nk balik bangi...

Mungkin bila anak dah besar skit baru plan nak dok umah sendiri nanti (jenderam). Anggaran bolt nak pindah pada 31hb Ogos ni, sebab orang tu pn dah nak kuar. Jadi sapa2 yang free tu harap leh hulurkan bantuan tenaga skit utk bantu bolt pindah di malam hari sebab siang pose, takut x tahan lak nanti lagi2 black...hehe...nanti bolt blanje la usin mkn roti canai yer... OK, selamat berpuasa....

Initially, Daus want to write in Malay but then Daus heard Uncle-uncle and Auntie-auntie all want to go global, so Daus wrote in Englishlah..

Am I handsome? Daus just able to walk. Very soon Daus can help Uncle Black in his chilly garden. So Umi can use Uncle Black's chillies to cook Papa Zam favorite dish- curry!

While waiting for Break Fast, Ytc take time to update this blog. Here Ytc would like to propose:

1. To give Black extra shares in our project. We know that Black spend more time in this project compare to the others. The proportion:

Abang MB: 18%
Ytc:18%
Adi: 18%
Backpacker: 18%
Black: 28%

Eventhough Black is not getting twice of other person as mentioned verbally, I think it is a fairer calculation over a long period because we plan to hirer people later on..

2. To revise fine for absentee. The first absent still RM 15, but the second absent is revise to RM 30. This is to discourage people from absent successively..

Appointment with Doctor

Today Ytc took mother for appointment with doctor- to test blood. Next appointment will be on:

Wednesday 25 August 11.30 am
MOPD, Level 3,Serdang Hospital (Lobby is Level 2)

Basically next appointment is to obtain the test result and get doctor advice. Got to bring mom along. Anybody who are free, please help..
