This picture was posted by Bolt sometime ago. What is the first thing you notice when looking at it? For me, its Abang MB belly! While the rest are mostly change but abang MB belly remain the same hehe..

Just to quote few of Abang MB wisdom..

When talk about Kenari(car)- "I can't accept this car. The floor is too low and the roof is too high. It's not that I want to stand up inside!"

Talk about Honda bike when you release the accelerator
"Sometime, we don't want to stop.."

When he want to get excuse while having a midnight drink..
"When is a regret time? Tomorrow morning at 5.00 am when you have to wake up and go to work.."

Talk about marriage..
"The first 3 years is like hell, the next 10 years also like hell!"

When referring to his friend who venture into Car Rental business..

Morning Teaching (Kuliah Subuh) - Pain and Happiness in Life

It has been 2 months since I last attended the morning teaching. What so lazy! Next time I will try to attend more frequent. Some good points from Ustaz (teacher):

Three reasons god send disaster/ problem to human:

1. To test believer on their faith. To increase their faith/ trust

2. As a reminder for those who forgot, so that they can return to god

3. To punish those sinner

Prophet Muhammad teach us that to get happiness in this world, one should seek for these 7:

1. A good wife/ husband - good behavior

2. Good children - teach your children accordingly

3. A comfortable house

4. A comfortable transportation

5. Good neighbors - find neighbors first before find house

6. Good friends

7. Workplace near house (how comprehensive!)

Thousand miles journey

Ehem.. this mornin rubber price has goin up again.. rm14.80 per kg.. simple calculation of 1 acre good rubber tree can produce 15kg to 20kg.. therefore 2 acres of rubber trees can produce 40kg x 14.8 = rm592. Let think and find ways and means to grap this opportunity asap.. there will be ways if we really want it..
wake up bros... AIR has bright potential to be develop... Abg, Ytc and Ahak.. and i personally invited all bros to colloborate and join AIR.. err offcourse with YTC and Ahak consent..

Do more than what you paid for..

1. Today is a long day. My staff has just taken marriage leave and the other one who had resigned has no replacement yet. Thus I remember wise man say, do more than what you paid for, later you will be paid more than what you do..

2. Thats very true if we think in term of energy. We cannot destroy energy, we can only transpose it into different kind of energy. Energy will move in opposite direction- if you trow away something, there is also energy that push you backward. If you push slow, you wil be pushed slow. If you push hard, you will be pushed hard. Ever wonder why we still far from what we seeking for? Maybe we don't give enough to get enough..

3. My boss is very good. He rate his subordinate KPI(Key Performance Index) high but his own lower. When ask, he said that he doesn't want to get more than he supose to

4. Giving is like boomerang. If you throw too slow, you can't get back. If you throw strong enough, it will come back to you. But you must throw it correctly and the boomerang is a good one..

Today is 12 Muharram 1432- 12th day of Islamic year, Muharram is the first month. After many years, I don't follow Islamic calendar, today I just wondering what year it is, so I search for..

Yesterday, there is a short-talk on leadership at my office. Some interesting excerpts:

1. What makes company successful? cost- effective? customer service? latest technology? It is a leadership..

2. Leaders are made of 15% talent/ born and 85% practice

3. Leaders have clear vision. That's attract follower..

4. To be a leader, one need to do and push himself. He needs to experience it, not just through classroom training

5. Leaders move around. he rarely stick to one area and he will develop other leaders too..

I extend here Black's article on sports life. Rather than focus on just a few sport and Black v Bolt games, here are more extensive research and careful study through years of observation. Offcourse some might not satisfy with the result but the assestments were conducted as objective as possible..

Squash - 1. ytc, 2. no candidate

Ball games:

We can see that Ytc and Abang MB dominates sports life nect to neck with Ytc 9 games again Abang MB 8. Black, Backpacker and Bolt followed with 3,2 and 1 game respectively. Lets analyse on the individual performance:

Ytc
Excel in bat games and indoor games. Squash and Pingpong are no match while he is the Best during peak on badminton. Tennis is just slightly better than bolt. Some might challenge result on indoor games because they do nogt know- ytc is a college player for carom while very strong in chess and checkers. Also representative of Handball (maybe you just know) while a regular bowler some time ago..

Abang MB
Good in Basketball and Takraw best in Martial arts. Representative of army in Boxing. Excellence in outdoor activities such as swimming, snuker, golf..

Black
Fantastic footballer, Go-kart and Tree climbing. I belive he has many other talents but can't put here because of lack of information. Fe excel also in some games but not really push himself such as chess thus, the skill is not being sharpened

Backpacker
Good runner- championing his organization and have physical strength (arm wrestling and free-style fighting). He can play bat games but unsincronize move with his own body movement often make him difficult to compete with others..

Bolt
Bolt at last position doesn't mean he is not talented. He is good in Motocross but unlucky to be no 2 in many sports (Tennis, Football, carom, Bowling, Snuker). Bolt is catching up with Black in Badminton and Snuker. Since he is still young, he might show his truly talent in coming years by representing our village for instance..

Some games you play I do not know so the result might not accurate. For the time being, you know who to call a CHAMP!

I'm Talking To U..!

Assalamualaikum,

Whenever I call my 3 years old daughter, I will ask her what is she doing and she will reply,"I'm talking to you". Offcourse thats not the answer I was looking for so I will rephrase my question, "What are you doing before that?", and she will reply either watching television, playing or having lunch.

No matter how many times I call her, she will still give the same answer-"I'm talking to you!". That amuse me so I purposely asking the same question again and again because I like to hear what she says.

We were also like that when we were kids, remember? We will give sincere , honest answer. We speak from our heart not our head. After we grew older and start schooling, bit by bit we were changed by our surrounding. When we speak straightforward, we always ridicule by peers. They make fun of us. So we also join the club. We are not so straightorward anymore

But worse when we become teenager. We want to be a bit naughty. if we are good, we will be labelled naive, innocent, or whatever term that initially have good meaning but being misuse to portrage a bad image. Shouldn't we be innocent?

When we become adult, it is a disaster. We forget everything. We learn so much, so we want to be smarter, look smarter, deem smarter. We use our head more and more and we forget our heart. We always look for second meaning and always negative things come first.

This world will surely become a better world if we can learn from kids. Do not bother what people say. Small things matter, small change makes difference. A split second diferentiate champion from Ist runner up. So, will you answer, "I'm talking to you.."?

The Next Millionaire in the Making!

Recently many of us embark on transportation- rental car project. Is this another milestone for us to become millionaire? who will be the first? Is he/ she abang MB? backpacker? or others? Here are my assestments on the activities/ business either ongoing, to be initiated or bungkus already (abandon business)



No 5 to be millionaire- Uncle Black
Business involved:
- Chilly 'tycoon'- potential to control kajangtown
- Grill
- Drinks
- Nasi Lemak
- construction
- sell and rent stalls




4. Backpacker:
- transportation
- barbers (rest for a while?)
- all sort wiring inclusive arial installation
- all kind of piping
- construction
- grill
- cakes (in collaboration with mrs backpacker)
- drinks (with ytc- can you still remember?)
- nasi lemak (with ytc)
- foot patch
- internet business - sells cool gadget such as watches, computer equipments, telescope etc..

and here the undisputed no 1 candidate to be a first millionare- Abang MB! His business:
- transportation- includes taxi and car rental

- awaken oil (for those who know only)

- coconut project (to launch soon)

- burgers
- other projects in line: prawn breeding, breeding cow and goat, durians plantation
