Last 2 days, I just checked house price nearby. Guess what? 20 x70 now start at RM 388,000! Lucky I bought 2 years ago (RM 268k). This new house not even along main road. As comparison, my house is near main road and the land are are slightly bigger at 20 X 76
With this development I think some might have big laugh (ketawa besar)! Makcikcun estate at Pinggiran Putrajaya can reach 500k soon, Bolt also ketawa besar with dengkil home, Backpacker also benefit from his various properties. Don't forget Abang MB best bargain at 120k for Semi-D Kesuma Lake, Ateh with Pelangi Semenyih bla blabla..
But I think this is crazy. Salary not increase that fast but house prize balloning! What about those who do not purchase yet? They might not purchase or afford to purchase anymore. The market keep increasing (supplier market) but please bear in mind- anything goes up will go down. The only question is when and how much? Its not happen in malaysia yet but had happened in other countries like US few years back. The property market increase so fast and eventually crashed!
