Assalamualaikum

Abang MB shows strong objection to my resignation as chairman last few months and ask me to retain the post. Except for a few mild response, most of us just keep silence. Am I shock you that much?

Abang MB do not want to assume Chairman post at the moment. Maybe he reserve himself for more critical situation to take over. Until then I will resume my duty or untill somebody who inspire by Egypt current unrest will topple me..

In the meantime, I would like to call all members to close the rank and be united. We succeed in overcoming a lot of obstacles to be where we are today and a lot more in store for us if we stay together.

Its okay to have different views. Its pretty normal to have 'warm' argument. As long as you don't punch at each other faces, everything is reconcilable..

My apologise for any wrong word used. Take that as a joke. Do not be too serious. Remember what I told you- If you can laugh at your own mistake, nothing in the world can worry or upset you so much!

Morning Teaching 3- Pray together (Solat Berjemaah)

Assalamualaikum

According to ustaz, there are 11 good things for us to pray together at mosque rather than pray alone at home. However, Ustaz manage to explain 2 only because of short of time..

1. Every step you go to mosque will be counted as one merit to you..

2. Even angels argue among themselves to make sure all your footprint are counted for as a merit to you..

Foot detox factor no more when Bolt defense torn down by Ytc in Badminton single last friday. Bolt was defeated by 21-17 in a fierce game. Both players now using foot detox thus giving Bolt no more advantage (last time only Bolt use). As Bolt left to his own skills, the pressure was unbearable, leaving him no choice but to concede the game. However, praise should be given to Bolt who ehem manage to make Ytc tired..

My Story- My Nurse Friend

Assalamualaikum

Good to see Fahmi pictures after operation and from the pictures assessment, I'm sure averything will be allright..

Back to my ears operation story..I'm a very independent person, so I just inform mom that I need to undergo operation in a few days. Moms a bit worry but I told her everything will be just fine but dad was upset with my decision. He want to bring me to see Dukun (Malay traditional medicine man) but I said to him, "Sorry dad, its too late. I just can't simply cancel the operation!"

After operation and the anaesthetic effect gone, I feel quite a strong pain. Lucky for me, a presence of many young nurses there ease my pain a lot..

I start writing a poetry to make myself busy. One young nurses attract to my poetry and we start befriend. She takes care of me and gave a special treatment-at least that's what I think..

My nurse friend is not the most beautiful nurse but she is the most courteous person I ever met. She will hold my hand as it is easily-broken glass or like holding a baby and she will ask permission on every step she need to move my body..

One week pass by and I ready to go out. I ask her phone number but she don't have one. She likes me a lot so I gave her my home phone number. During that time we don't a have a cellphone yet..

2 days pass by, 3 days pass by she never call me. Maybe she was very busy. 2 years pass by also heard nothing from her..One day I went to Tawakal Hospital, not to see her but to visit a friend who admitted there. To my surprise, we met again. She looks a bit reserved but I know deep down inside, she was excited just like myself

We have a chat. From that I know she did called me twice but on both occasion I'm not at home. As a malay girl I understand, she was very shy to call me many times. Before left I give her my phone number again so that she can call me afterwards..

Again, time pass by but I haven't received any call from my nurse friend. Maybe she did call but I was not around. I just can't stay at home and wait for the phone ring. I have to go out and take care of my other girlfriend too..

To my nurse friend, if you happen to read this by coincidence, please stop looking for me. I'm belong to somebody now. I can't wait for the phone ring forever. Eventhough I forget your name, but you are always special. Hope you meet somebody as atrracted as myself and not just that...somebody that can make you happy just like you make me happy once!

Fahmi Ears Operation

Assalamualaikum

Today I heard news that Fahmi is going to have an operation on his ears because of infection. The operation will be conducted on Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Please pray for him to get well soon..

I also went through ears operation on my early 20s because of infection. Because of ear is small, the doctor have to wrap the whole head. The bandage was so big, it looks like the whole head had gone through the operation..

The good thing is that I was operated at Tawakal Hospital, one of outstanding hospital in Kuala Lumpur. The nurses also ehem very nice, young, cute and polite. That makes my one week stay there seems too short..

Work! Work! Work!

1. Last night I have a drink with Abang MB, Backacker and Black. Some asked whether it is true that I am that busy as told. Actually there are times that I'm not that busy like this morning. I supose to test the system but it was infected with bugs so our IT need to solve the problem first. While waiting, I just read work-related email.

2. A friend ask me some time ago what I do for living. I said I am a trader. I trade anything that move. He ask again"Human also?" Since that day when people ask my job, I will reply.."I am a trader. I trade anything that move except human!"

3. Another friend who own a small growing business ask my position whether I am a manager. I said actually my post is higher than manager but lower than himself because he is the boss of his own company. For me, those who make a living by doing business are far more greater people.

Granma Story- Seek Last or First?

Assalamualaikum

Today is a long day. I have so many things to do with so little time. I got testing of new system to complete, entertain customers, reports, settle branch problems and so on and so forth. They all came unexpectedly at the same time and demanding my time. The testing was also not going smoothly and I have to find solution to the problem

During lunch break, I pray to god to give me solution.. Beutifully after break and I just step in, one staff inform that they already find the solution and just need me to update certain information. Then I have to settle branch problem, not just one but 2 rare problems exist and beautifully I just got the right person to handle the matter and the good thing is because I maintain good relationship with them, they are willingly to assist (they are not my staff).

When I thought the worse is over, come big order to fulfill! It was most at close trading hour. Now I have to make fast decision- to accept or to reject. Rejection is almost unaccetable because I need to maintain relationship with customer. Thus , I just made bold decision to transact million of dollars. As Ringgit close at 5, I have to rush. Normally by 4.15 all bank squared their position. I called my counterparty but unsuccessful. Normally for big amount, the latest you ask price at 4.00 but now past 4 already.

Another beautiful things happen just half an hour before that. One of my old counterparty suddenly communicate with me and want to reestablish the trades between us. (I stop trade with him for some time because he let me down few times). After how he treated me earlier, I can simply turn down his proposal, instead I said courtasily yes to him. And who knows, I need him in another 30 minutes!

Straight away I called him and ask firmly whether he can do the trade. He has to say yes. That was a tough call for him but he has no choice. He just gave words to me and he has to honor (he came from big bank so have many options)

While waiting a price from him, a project manager come to me and demand an important report right away. It was an urgent matter and the whole testing will delay if I not produce them. I have to ask 5 minutes from her. My head was full with so many other matters also which i don't want to bore you with all the details here

To put in short, in many occasions I have to do a few things at the same time. While asking for price, i got to talk to other person, my hand was typing something, a few task list in my head was taking its turn and so on..

Thanks god I mange to settle everything today. His guidance gve me a strength to overcome all obstacle and give me solutions through other people

I learn a few lessons today:

1. Most of us turn to god when we have no other alternatives. When we have problem, we try to solve ourselves. We forgot to ask help from god. Only after we get stuck and no other way to go, we ask for god help

2. Research says that a lot of people who have overweight problem, addiction to cigarette, drug and alcoholic drink tried to overcome their problem but they failed. After that they turn to god and ask for strength and guidance and they succeed!

3. Why don't we reverse the situation. Instead of seek for god help as a last resort, we put it as a first step. Then we can save energy and time, rather than hovering aroung to find solution ourselves.

4. Are we afraid that god won't help us if we are not desperate enough. I don't think so. In fact god always encourage us to ask as he mention--"Ask and I will give you.."

At the end of the day, while waiting for lift to go down, a friend said ..." En Aziz, you deserve a promotion!" and after what I have gone through for the day I spontaneously replied, " No, I don't want a promotion!". She said"why not? Its a 30% increment" so I have to replied" Really? Now I'm embarassed to admint that I want a promotion!.."

3. Wonder Girl Start Schooling

Wonder girl Insyirah, 4 start schooling for second days at Children Education Centre, BTK Kajang. She's not crying . When teacher ask her to go inside classroom, she boldly reply..." Wait, wait. i want to see my mom first!" The teacher has no option but to smilingly wait for her (and she no longer says..."I'm talking to you..")

4. Aisyah New School
Aisyah stay in hostel at SMA Ampangan, Seremban. She is very excited and taking all her plenty belonging with her which Grandma jokingly describe as 'Sakai Pindah'. (Indigenious People Move).

No More Teh Tarik!

Assalamualaikum

1. Today newspaper said that Teh Tarik (tea with milk with bubble) can cause cancer because they use unpermissible colors. Thats why Teh Tarik colors so nice and strong. Actually if really just tea, u need to shake it before it change color. So friend, please be careful. For me, I will reduce the consumption of Teh tarik especially at stalls and restaurants. Here, normally they use cheap tea with no brand. They buy by kilos..

2. There was a survey conducted to juvenile who shot at other people. They found that 2 things are common for these teenagers. First, they are addicted to 'Shoot them up' video games and secondly they are also addicted to pornography.

3. All people either kids, teenager or grown up are influenced by what they watch on television. That's what research says. So adults, if someone says that you are influenced by television, don't get upset. Denial won't get you anywhere.

4. We are like computers. Whatever comes in, will come out. Garbage in, garbage out. Good thing in, good things out

5. What is insanity? Some people say you do the same thing but expect different result. So friend, change now. Change what you eat and what you watching..
